We asked Loui to design and fit some under-stair storage for us and change the dated bannisters to something more modern with black metal spindles. What he came up with is great and definitely makes the space more usable. Loui was punctual and dedicated to producing a high quality finish. He was competitively priced and very knowledgeable of his trade, which allowed him to effortlessly adapt to some design changes along the way. We would definitely recommend him and will keep him in mind for any future carpentry needs we might have.Loui was a very friendly and excellent worker, he hung 6 internal doors for us, and we were very pleased with his work, a very hard worker he would not go home until he finished what he was doing, i would definately recommend featheredge for all your carpentry work.
Good work done, got the work done to a high standard and on time. Also provided a number of high quality options for our floor and also did some design work for us. Would recommend.

Loui was really helpful navigating some difficult carpentry jobs within my property. Great communication and support to the customer. He done a great job fitting new internal doors within my property. I would fully recommend him and use again. 🙌
We asked Loui to add shelving and railing to our fitted wardrobes and to adjust creaking doors. He turns up on time, has an eye for detail, gets on with the job. He's a skilled joiner and tidy worker and a generally very pleasant to have working in your house. Very happy to recommend.

Loui was asked to enlarge the opening in a beechwood kitchen worktop so that we could fit a new electric hob. He carried this out with exemplary skill and attention to detail ensuring that it is a perfect fit. In addition he advised on adjustments to the oven supports below, and the kickboard, both of which clearly needed remedial work at the same time. He carried this work out, producing a splendid overall result, exceeding our expectation of what was expected of him. He communicated fully about fixing his appointment to visit us and came punctually. We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Loui for joinery or carpentry work, as he is a true skilled and professional craftsman. We intend to engage him to carry out further repairs and improvements for us at our home.Loui installed roof timbers for an extension. He took his time to get the job done correctly, also very friendly and polite. Would recommend.
